PROMPT Software maintenance and support services

Over the years our customers have enjoyed the benefits of paying a monthly or annual fee that covers all telephone, email or fax support fees except user specific software modifications and includes the cost of upgrades to the PROMPT System.

The monthly fee for this service is a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $500 and is based on the number of individual users (not sessions) but can be modified based on call frequency. A typical fee is $200 per month for 2 to 5 users, $300 per month for 5 to 10 users, $400 per month for 11 to 15 users and $500 per month for 16 - 30 users.

The majority of support requests are handled immediately by phone without callbacks. We view this service as a way to help you run your business. Our experience in working with a variety of customers over multiple industries is an invaluable resource to you in implementing PROMPT in your business.
