Application and technical support or training via telephone
You might be amazed at what can be accomplished over the phone!
Over the years we have done a lot of support services by phone and it
is a very effective way to do both support and training. Generally we
prefer to talk person to person rather than log in to your system
because you learn when you work through us and since you are
ultimately the one responsible for your data it is best if you are in
the loop. We rarely support by logging into your system and would
only do so after appropriate authorization by you.
If the User is a current subscriber to PROMPT Software Maintenance and
Support Services there is no charge for telephone support but there
may be a charge for training if extensive time is required by phone.
Otherwise, the charge is a minimum of $62.50 and a maximum of $125 without
prior authorization by the User. The charge for this service is
$125 per hour with
a minimum charge of 30 minutes and billing is rounded up to the next quarter
hour. Any response that takes no more than one hour to research and answer
will be answered and charged to your credit card.
