Billable application and technical support via email or fax
Email or fax requests for application or technical support will be answered
on a billable basis. If the User is a current subscriber to
PROMPT Software Maintenance and Support Service there is no charge for the
research and response.
Otherwise, the charge is a minimum of $62.50 and a maximum of $125 without prior
authorization by the User. The charge for this service is $125 per hour with a
minimum of 30 minutes billed and billing is rounded up to the next quarter hour.
Any response that takes no more than one hour to research and answer will be
answered and charged to your credit card.
If supplemental requests are made for the same issue each supplemental
request will be billable on the same basis.
A valid credit card must be on file to use this service.
