Ability to create a new order from a previous order, even for a different customer

Recall and view or print any previous order

View last price paid for an item by this customer

Automatically turn prior order into credit memo without reentry

On-line credit checking against preauthorized limit

Automatic updating of inventory and on-hand quantity if desired

Handles drop ship items not in inventory

Ability to prepare quotes
Ability to order a 'kit' containing multiple related items
Line items can be added or removed until invoiced

Invoicing Features:

Automatic invoice printing with flexible formats
Automatic pack list and shipping labels printed if desired
Daily sales registers for accounting and sales
Point of sale payments report includes use of credit cards and coupons
Sales Journal entry automatically generated for daily sales and receipts
Salesperson commission report

Sales Analysis Features:

Exception log of items sold below or above margin targets plus several other exceptions noted
Salesperson production report
Daily report by ledger code of today's, week-to-date, month-to-date and year-to-date sales
Unit sales by customer and product available daily, weekly or monthly
