Mid-American Control Corporation has announced a new release of PROMPT Business System software for small businesses.

The new release, Version G, provides automatic fax and email transmission of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, price lists, etc., batch order entry of emailed orders and remote access to electronic reporting.

Customers can enter order quantities on price lists received by email and email them back as orders. Batch processing checks and accepts the orders, generates pick lists and emails invoices with purchase order numbers and confirmation of the transactions.

Remote report access provides up to date business or customer information for traveling executives or salespeople.
