  • Permits use of your chart of accounts or add to ours
  • Permits design of your own financial statements
  • Video view the audit trails for each transaction at any time, of any account or range of accounts, with optional print
  • Permits recurring journal entries, automatic reversing entries and manual journal entries
  • Prepares current and year-to-date income statement as well as balance sheet on either a consolidated or detailed basis
  • Percentage analysis of all items on the income statement based on total revenue, if desired
  • Includes a budget system with variance report by amount and percent of month-to-date and year-to-date status of each income statement account
  • Automatic closing journal entries are generated at year end
